About Us - Panthera Cayman

Carrie is the Co-Founder of Panthera Cayman and has a proven track record of successfully relocating families and establishing their Family Office. 

Prior to joining Panthera, Carrie was the CFO for Weybourne, Sir James Dyson’s family office, where she managed a multi-billion-pound portfolio including the James Dyson Group. She was the Senior Accounting Officer for the Group, the Compliance and AML officer for the FCA-regulated subsidiary, and was accountable to the four audit committees.

For the 9 years prior to Weybourne, Carrie was CFO and Director of Exploration Capital, another single-family office. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), and the CFA Society United Kingdom. She is also a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) Approved Director.

Alan is a director of Panthera Investment Management Limited and Panthera Corporate Services Limited. He is a qualified lawyer (England & Wales 1998; Cayman Islands 2004), practising with Fladgate LLP and Dechert LLP in London and Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth (now Collas Crill) in the Cayman Islands. He was an equity partner of Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth and Collas Crill, and served as Managing Partner of Collas Crill in Cayman from 2015 to 2020. He was a Director of CARD Corporate Services Limited (now Collas Crill Corporate Services Limited) from 2007 until 2022.

Alan left private practice at the end of 2022, and joined Panthera in 2023. Alan acts as General Counsel for Panthera and certain clients, as well as providing directorship services through Panthera Corporate Services Limited. Alan is a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) Approved Person, is a registered director under Cayman Islands Director Registration and Licensing Act, and is a Notary Public.

Shanice is an experienced accounting and administrative professional with a strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable management. She is proficient in QuickBooks, SAGE, and Xero, and brings expertise in budgeting, forecasting, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Shanice has supported HR, customer service, and cross‑functional operations across multiple industries, demonstrating strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality financial and administrative records.

Shanice was born in Jamaica and moved to Grand Cayman in 2022.

Carolina Brito originates from Brazil and is a graduate accountant and dedicated administrative professional with a diverse background spanning financial management, customer service, HR operations, and team supervision.

She has experience preparing financial documents, managing cash flow, monitoring sales processes, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable and payable records.

With strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and multilingual abilities in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she brings a versatile, detail‑oriented, and service‑focused approach to every role.
